Haltech is seeking an experienced ICT Business Analyst to support the improvement, integration, and ongoing optimisation of the company’s digital platforms and operational systems. The role involves working closely with internal stakeholders and technical teams to analyse business requirements, improve workflows, support system implementations, and contribute to the delivery of efficient and scalable technology solutions across the business.

• Consult with internal stakeholders to identify business needs and system requirements
• Analyse existing business processes, workflows, and ICT systems to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
• Develop functional specifications, process documentation, and system requirement documents for software and platform enhancements
• Liaise with software developers, technical teams, and business units during system implementation and integration projects
• Assist in the planning, coordination, testing, and deployment of ICT solutions and platform upgrades
• Conduct system and user acceptance testing to ensure functionality, performance, and data integrity
• Monitor system performance and analytics data to support reporting, optimisation, and business decision-making
• Provide ongoing support and recommendations relating to digital systems, e-commerce functionality, and operational processes
• Demonstrated experience in business process analysis, systems analysis, and ICT solution implementation
• Strong ability to gather and document business and functional requirements
• Experience preparing functional specifications, workflow documentation, and system process documentation
• Experience coordinating system implementation, testing, deployment, and user acceptance testing activities
• Ability to identify system inefficiencies and recommend process and system improvements
• Experience liaising with stakeholders, technical teams, software developers, and business users
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience working with digital platforms, CMS environments, or integrated business systems will be highly regarded
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a collaborative environment
