$75,600 - $85,000 Annual

  • Provide Level 1 and Level 2 IT support to staff and clients
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, printers, and mobile devices
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
  • Monitor system performance and ensure security and backup procedures are maintained
  • Assist with onboarding and setup of new employees
  • Maintain user accounts, email systems, and access permissions
  • Document technical issues and resolutions in the helpdesk system
  • Support Microsoft 365, Windows operating systems, and common business applications
  • Escalate complex technical issues where required
  • Ensure compliance with company IT policies and procedures

Requirements

  • 12 months of Work Experience
  • Diploma Level or higher
