As our digital presence continues to expand, we are seeking an experienced Web Developer to manage, improve and optimise our website, landing pages and digital patient booking experiences.

As a web developer, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our online platforms, ensuring our websites are secure, high-performing, visually engaging and optimised for patient conversion. You will work across multiple digital projects including website development, landing page optimisation, online booking integrations, multimedia content implementation and ongoing website performance improvements.

Task & responsibilities

• Analyse, design, develop and maintain company websites and landing pages using modern programming and scripting languages
• Develop responsive, user-friendly and conversion-focused digital experiences for patients
• Design and integrate multimedia content including animations, graphics, audio, video and interactive web applications
• Develop and maintain website functionality, integrations and backend systems
• Collaborate with network and hosting specialists to manage website security, hosting, backups, disaster recovery and user access controls
• Monitor and optimise website speed, performance, SEO and overall user experience
• Integrate specialised digital assets including image files, audio files and scripts into web platforms
• Assist in developing and implementing digital strategies, web methodologies and online growth initiatives
• Troubleshoot website issues and provide ongoing technical support and maintenance
• Ensure websites remain compliant, secure and aligned with current web standards and best practices

Qualification & experience

• A bachelor degree or higher qualification in relevant field required
• Experience of 2-5 years in web development
• Strong experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, MySQL and modern web development frameworks
• Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress
• Knowledge of website hosting environments, web security and performance optimisation
• Experience integrating booking systems, forms and third-party applications
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Experience in healthcare, dental sector preferable
• Familiarity with website backup and disaster recovery
