DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: We are looking for an enthusiastic person with the right skill set and experience to join our team.
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining Windows and Linux server environments and related IT infrastructure.
- Monitoring system performance, availability and reliability to ensure smooth business operations.
- Managing user accounts, permissions, and access controls through Active Directory and company systems.
- Performing regular system backups, recovery procedures, and supporting disaster recovery planning.
- Troubleshooting hardware, software, server and network related issues in a timely manner.
- Configuring and maintaining firewall security, antivirus systems, and system updates to ensure network security.
- Supporting and maintaining network connectivity, shared resources, printers, and email systems.
- Monitoring system logs and resolving technical issues to minimize downtime and improve system efficiency.
- Assisting with IT infrastructure upgrades, software deployments, migrations, and implementation projects.
- Providing technical support and guidance to staff and end users regarding IT systems and operational issues.
- Maintaining system documentation, operational procedures, and technical reports.
- Ensuring compliance with company IT policies, cybersecurity standards and security procedures.

LOCATION:The position is predominantly based at Melbourne, VIC 3000. However, there will be occasions where work is required to be carried out at different locations. This is a full-time position with minimum 38 hours a week. Flexibility is required for site work, overtime, shift work (weekends) and during peak periods.
REPORTING TO:The position reports to the Director.
QUALIFICATION:Must hold at least a bachelor’s degree equivalent to the Australian Qualification Framework (AQF) in relevant field.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum one (1) year of full-time or equivalent work experience in a similar role.
