Design and develop telecommunications and communications infrastructure systems for commercial and infrastructure projects
Prepare engineering drawings, technical specifications, calculations and project documentation
Assist with the design and integration of fibre optic, structured cabling and communications network infrastructure
Coordinate telecommunications engineering designs with electrical, civil and other project stakeholders
Liaise with clients, contractors, authorities and telecommunications providers throughout project delivery
Conduct site inspections and provide technical engineering support during construction and implementation phases
Ensure engineering designs comply with Australian Standards, telecommunications requirements and client specifications
Contribute to project planning, technical problem solving and delivery outcomes

Bachelor degree or higher qualification in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field
Minimum 2 years of relevant post-qualification experience
Experience in telecommunications infrastructure and engineering design projects
Strong understanding of Australian engineering and telecommunications standards
Strong communication, technical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary engineering environment
