We're currently partnering with a leading global SaaS company to find a Technical Support Engineer who enjoys solving complex technical problems and working across modern web application stacks.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a development or DevOps background who enjoys troubleshooting real-world production issues and working directly with enterprise customers.
You'll be joining a high-performing technical support team responsible for diagnosing and resolving complex platform issues while collaborating closely with engineering and product teams.
The Role
As a Technical Support Engineer, you'll investigate and resolve challenging technical issues across a large-scale enterprise SaaS platform. You'll work across application, infrastructure, and integration layers to identify root causes and deliver solutions for global customers. This role sits at the intersection of software engineering, infrastructure, and customer support.
