We are seeking an experienced and motivated Facilities Manager to join our team at our renowned company located in Melbourne, Victoria.&nbsp;This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised professional who can effectively oversee the day-to-day management of our facilities while ensuring operational efficiency, compliance and a safe working environment.Salary &amp; Benefits- Full-time permanent position.- Annual salary of $140,000 – $150,000, depending on skills and experience.-=- 12% Superannuation.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities- Plan, organise, coordinate and oversee the administrative, operational and strategic management of the facility.- Coordinate and supervise repairs, preventative maintenance and renovation projects.- Prepare, monitor and manage facility budgets, including operating costs and financial reporting.- Recruit, supervise, train and manage facility support staff to ensure high performance andappropriate staffing levels.- Negotiate, administer and monitor contracts with external contractors and service providers,including maintenance, cleaning and security services.- Review and improve facility management programs and operational procedures to enhanceefficiency and service delivery.- Ensure compliance with Workplace Health &amp; Safety (WHS), environmental, building and otherregulatory requirements.- Develop, implement and review emergency response, evacuation and business continuity plans.- Maintain accurate maintenance schedules, compliance records and asset registers.- Liaise with management, staff, contractors and stakeholders to ensure the effective operation ofthe facility.&nbsp;Skills &amp; ExperienceThe successful applicant will have:- A relevant qualification in Facilities Management, Business, Property Management or a relateddiscipline.- A minimum of one (1) year experience in a similar role.- Strong organisational and time management skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level ofaccuracy and attention to detail.- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
