About the Role

Contract Administrator

Sydney

$75,000-$100,000 (negotiable) per annum + superannuation        

Job duties include but not limited to:

  • Prepare and administer contracts, subcontracts, and purchase/work orders. 
  • Review client terms and process work orders for new placements. 
  • Manage contract variations, extensions, and related correspondence. 
  • Monitor contract performance and ensure compliance with obligations. 
  • Track contract renewals and expiries, ensuring timely action. 
  • Maintain contract templates, registers, and contractor databases. 
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams on contractual matters. 
  • Provide contract support and commercial advice to stakeholders. 
  • Assist with tender submissions, procurement, and subcontractor engagement.

What skills and experience will help you succeed?

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent work experience
  • Previous experience as a Contract Administrator within construction, engineering, property, or infrastructure projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction contracts and commercial administration.
  • Proficiency in contract management software and CRM systems and Microsoft Excel
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing deadlines.
