ASA Recruitment is seeking motivated and capable professionals to fill multiple APS 6 Recruitment roles. If you are a dedicated recruitment practitioner who enjoys delivering meaningful outcomes, this is your opportunity to take the next step.
As an APS 6 Recruitment Manager, you will play a key role in shaping recruitment outcomes while working with a high level of autonomy and accountability. You will be empowered to take initiative, apply sound judgement, and navigate complex policies and procedures to deliver high-quality results.
In this role, you will provide expert recruitment advice on complex matters, collaborating with stakeholders and contributing to broader strategic priorities. You will also have the opportunity to influence workforce outcomes through involvement in planning, program and project management, and policy development.
