Professional and corporate positions within the resources sector

Key Responsibilities

End to end recruitment across a portfolio of roles
Sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates
Managing talent pools and candidate pipelines
Coordinating onboarding, medicals and compliance requirements
Partnering with hiring managers and operational stakeholders
Delivering exceptional candidate and client experiences
Managing recruitment systems and reporting requirements

About You To be successful, you will have:

Previous experience as a Recruitment Advisor
Demonstrated experience recruiting within the mining, construction or industrial sectors
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience managing high volume recruitment campaigns and/or technical recruitment portfolios
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage competing priorities
Proficiency with recruitment systems and sourcing tools
