Senior Recruitment Consultant

Zancott Recruitment is an Indigenous-owned recruitment company connecting skilled professionals with meaningful opportunities across civil construction, logistics, and manufacturing.

As we grow our presence across Queensland, we're looking for an experienced Senior Talent Consultant to take full ownership of our Queensland desk in the construction and logistics sectors.

This is a hands-on, client-facing role for someone who loves winning new business, getting out on site, and building lasting relationships, with the autonomy to run the desk your way and grow it into a leadership role as it develops.

What you'll be doing:

• Manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle, from business development through to placement
• Identify, pursue and win new business across the construction and logistics sectors
• Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients and candidates
• Get out on site and meet clients face-to-face to understand their needs and earn their trust
• Source, screen and place quality candidates across a range of roles
• Write compelling job adverts and candidate summaries
• Comfortable working to KPIs and targets, with a track record of meeting or exceeding them
• Manage candidate onboarding, compliance and aftercare, supported by our national team
• Grow Zancott's reputation and footprint across the Queensland market

What we're looking for:

• Proven ability managing a 360 recruitment desk
• Recruitment experience within construction and/or logistics (essential)
• Strong client-facing and communication skills
• Confident attending sites and meeting clients face-to-face
• A self-motivated, new-business mindset with the drive to build and grow a desk
• Sound understanding of the Australian labour market, awards and compliance
• Valid driver's licence
• Valid Australian working rights
