The Role – 360 Recruitment Consultant

This is a true 360 role within a specialist Healthcare division.

You will:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment (BD through to placement)

• Develop and grow client partnerships (Government, NGOs, & Private)

• Source, interview and place high-quality healthcare professionals

• Build and maintain your own desk like it's your business

• Generate leads, build pipeline and drive revenue growth

• Negotiate offers and close deals confidently

You will have autonomy + full support and training behind you.
