• Developing and implementing recruitment strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with organisational goals.
• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle including job analysis, advertising vacancies, sourcing candidates, screening applications, interviewing, and selection.
• Coordinating with department managers to determine staffing requirements and job specifications.
• Overseeing candidate sourcing through job portals, recruitment agencies, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
• Conducting or supervising interviews and shortlisting suitable candidates for final selection.
• Managing onboarding processes to ensure smooth induction of new employees.
• Maintaining and updating recruitment records, databases, and applicant tracking systems.
• Ensuring compliance with employment laws, workplace policies, and visa/immigration requirements where applicable.
• Building and maintaining talent pipelines for current and future workforce needs.
• Negotiating employment offers including salary packages and employment conditions.
• Monitoring recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire, and preparing reports for management.
• Leading and supervising recruitment team members or HR officers, providing training and performance feedback.
• Liaising with external recruitment agencies and stakeholders as required.
