The Opportunity

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Internal Sales Representative to join our Balcatta team. In this role, you will be the voice of our business — handling phone and email enquiries, processing orders, and building strong relationships with both new and existing customers. What You'll Do

•     Provide exceptional customer service, efficiently handling phone and email sales enquiries

•     Manage and process customer orders, quotations and general enquiries

•     Develop a strong knowledge of our product range to advise customers on the best solutions

•     Achieve and exceed sales targets and budgets

•     Take ownership of customer issues and see them through to resolution

•     Support the warehouse and front counter teams as required

•     Ensure adherence to Workplace Health & Safety requirements and Company policies

You'll Thrive in This Role If You

•     Have a genuine passion for customer service and a desire to exceed targets

•     Perform well under pressure and can manage multiple orders, customers and priorities at once

•     Communicate clearly and confidently — both on the phone and in writing

•     Are highly organised with strong computer and email skills

•     Work well as part of a team but are equally comfortable working autonomously

•     Have experience in a similar internal sales, trade counter, or customer service role (advantageous but not essential — we're happy to train the right person)
