Your new role:

Human Resources Advisors at West Moreton Health deliver a high-quality end-to-end service to our people leaders and employees to ensure excellence in People and Culture related activities. As a visible advisor within an allocated client group, you will support and develop our people to achieve the strategic objectives of West Moreton Health.

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate the following:

• Demonstrated knowledge of and expertise in applying HR frameworks (including HR and industrial legislation, acts, awards, policies and practices) and the ability to apply this knowledge in the case management of complex employment matters and investigations.
• Demonstrated experience and well-developed understanding of a business partnership approach including coaching, advising and facilitating in order to resolve complex employment matters fairly and balanced with organisational needs.
• Highly developed interpersonal, written and oral communication skills with an emphasis on stakeholder engagement.
• Demonstrated ability to sensitively, confidentially and fairly manage people issues.
• Well-developed analytical, problem solving and time management skills with demonstrated experience in exercising sound judgement, proposed courses of action and decision-making.
• Well-developed skills in the use of computer systems including Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Word, Excel and Outlook).
