We’re looking for experienced agency recruiters (2–10+ years) to join Cornerstone Medical Recruitment (cmr), with opportunities across Allied Health and Nursing. You’ll own a defined market, working state-wide with access to active roles, established clients and a strong database.

Your Role:
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you’ll:

• Build a specialist desk with real demand, recruiting healthcare workers across the country
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates (everything from cold outreach to reconnecting with our database)
• Use your sales and relationship-building skills to grow your desk and make a real impact
• Work in a high-performing team that supports each other’s success
• Be part of a business that helps ensure healthcare reaches the people who need it most
