Task & responsibilities

• Collaborate with chefs to develop and plan menus that align with customer preferences and business objectives. 
• Coordinate and oversee the organisation of special events and functions, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality service delivery. 
• Manage the procurement and pricing of food, beverages, and other supplies in accordance with operational budgets and business requirements. 
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, stock levels, and financial transactions to support efficient business operations. 
• Ensure all dining areas comply with relevant health and safety regulations and are maintained in a clean, functional, and professional condition. 
• Engage with customers to obtain feedback and assess satisfaction with food quality, service standards, and overall dining experience. 
• Recruit, train, supervise, and support front-of-house and kitchen staff to maintain high levels of performance and customer service. 
• Oversee reservation management, welcome and assist guests, and provide support with order taking when required.
• Organises, directs, and oversees the operations of a restaurant to ensure the efficient delivery of dining services

Qualification & experience

• Excellent English skills
• The right to work in Australia 
• AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma
• Minimum of 1 years of work experience in relevant roles
• Team management skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Strong time management skills
• Proficiency in all aspects of food safety
• Positive communication skills, energy and attitude
