Roles & Responsibilities

Depending on the position, responsibilities may include:

• Delivering outstanding customer service with a warm and friendly attitude

• Preparing and serving specialty coffee to a high standard

• Taking customer orders and processing payments

• Food preparation and presentation

• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation throughout the café

• Opening and closing duties

• Restocking and inventory management

• Working collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment

• Creating a welcoming atmosphere for every customer

• Upholding Bobbi’s standards for quality, service, and presentation

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Barista experience

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Reliable, punctual, and well-presented

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Availability for early morning starts, weekends, and public holidays when required

• Current food handling knowledge or certificates are advantageous
