Looking for a head barista for a cafe on Collins Street Melbourne CBD to lead the coffee operations, ensuring high quality espresso, consistent beverage standards and superior customer service. Will be responsible for mentoring junior baristas, managing stock levels for coffee/milk, controlling costs and cleaning of coffee equipment.
