We are currently seeking a confident and guest-focused Restaurant Supervisor to lead our dinner service operations at Miss Mi.


Job Description


As Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading evening service periods at Miss Mi, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, smooth operations, and strong team leadership during dinner trade.

This hands-on role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced restaurant environment and enjoys leading from the floor while delivering memorable dining experiences.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supervising dinner service operations at Miss Mi
  • Leading and motivating the restaurant team during busy service periods
  • Delivering exceptional guest experiences and resolving guest concerns professionally
  • Ensuring service standards and brand expectations are consistently maintained
  • Assisting with team training, onboarding, and development
  • Supporting roster coordination and shift planning where required
  • Managing table allocations, reservations, and service flow
  • Assisting with beverage service, upselling, and menu knowledge coaching
  • Maintaining cleanliness, presentation, and operational compliance standards
  • Working collaboratively with the kitchen and wider hotel teams

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a restaurant, bar, or premium dining environment
  • Prior supervisory or team leadership experience preferred
  • Passion for hospitality and guest experience
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in a high-volume environment
  • Strong understanding of food and beverage service standards
  • Current RSA certification
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
  • Experience within Asian dining concepts or hotel environments is advantageous
