The venue has evolved into a popular destination known for its country-inspired atmosphere, live entertainment, family-friendly dining, and signature smokehouse menu. The hotel offers a diverse range of dining experiences, including premium smoked meats, classic pub favourites, steaks, seafood, burgers, and seasonal specials, attracting both locals and visitors alike.
As the venue continues to grow, we are seeking a passionate and experienced Chef to join our kitchen team and contribute to delivering high-quality food and memorable dining experiences.
