Wongan Hills Caravan Park and Motel, operated by NSSK PTY LTD, is seeking an experienced and motivated Hotel/Motel Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of its accommodation business in Wongan Hills, Western Australia.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high standards of guest service, managing staff, maintaining operational efficiency, overseeing accommodation operations, and supporting the continued growth of the business. • Plan, organise and direct the overall operations of the motel and caravan park.
• Manage guest reservations, check-ins, check-outs and accommodation services.
• Supervise reception, housekeeping and maintenance activities.
• Recruit, train and coordinate staff to ensure high service standards.
• Monitor occupancy levels and implement strategies to maximise revenue.
• Handle guest enquiries, feedback and complaints professionally.
• Prepare budgets, monitor expenditure and oversee financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements.
• Coordinate purchasing, stock control and supplier relationships.
• Support local marketing and tourism initiatives to promote the business.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
• Implement policies and procedures to support business objectives.
• Diploma or higher qualification in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Management or a related discipline; or equivalent industry experience.
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in hotel, motel, caravan park or accommodation management.
• Strong leadership, organisational and customer service skills.
• Experience in staff supervision, budgeting, guest relations and daily operational management.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple operational priorities.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Sound understanding of workplace health and safety requirements and hospitality industry standards.
