• Thorough cleaning of the kitchen, including dishes and floors
• Maintaining a safe and hygienic work environment
• Safely use cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Assist with deliveries, including pack‑away, ensuring correct stock rotation processes are followed
• Adhere to health and safety procedures when carrying out all tasks
• Assist chefs with food preparation
• Clean dishes with a commercial dishwasher
• Work in a fast‑paced environment

• Must be able to obtain a Working With Children Check
• Experience in a commercial kitchen highly valued
• Eye for detail and strong time‑management skills
• Physical fitness to handle a hands‑on role
• Strong work ethic, punctual, reliable and trustworthy
• Good understanding of basic food‑handling procedures and allergens
• Ability to work as part of a team and unsupervised
• Strong communication skills and professional personal presentation
