Cook / Chef

We are a well-loved neighbourhood restaurant in South Cronulla, known for seasonal food, warm hospitality, and loyal regulars.

We're looking for an experienced Cook or Chef to join our small kitchen team on a part-time basis.

Minimum availability:

• Friday lunch
• Sunday lunch

Additional dinner shifts are available Wednesday–Saturday for those seeking more hours.

About the role
As a Cook / Chef, you'll be involved in food preparation, cooking and service in our busy kitchen.

• Food preparation and cooking during service
• Working across pasta, grill, fryer, salads and desserts
• Delivering consistent, high-quality food
• Maintaining food safety, cleanliness and organisation standards

We're looking for a Cook / Chef who:

• Has experience working in a commercial kitchen
• Works well as part of a team
• Is reliable and organised
• Takes pride in producing quality food
• Remains calm and efficient during busy services
