• 2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role

We’re a small, well-loved restaurant in Cronulla, and we’re looking for a part-time chef to join our kitchen.

This role is perfect for a chef who wants flexibility, while still having real ownership and input in a quality-driven kitchen.

Our food is moving toward simple, hearty Italian — seasonal, flavour-driven, and made with care.

Available shifts

• 2-7 shifts

• Lunches: Friday + Sunday

• Dinners: Wednesday - Saturday

What you’ll be doing as chef:

• Running kitchen service on your shifts

• Managing prep, ordering, and stock

• Keeping costs and systems tight

• Delivering consistent, high-quality food in a busy service

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has experience in a fast-paced kitchen

• Loves simple, produce-driven food (Italian experience a plus)

• Is organised, reliable, and takes pride in their work

• Wants a role with flexibility and responsibility
