Set sail with us at Cptn Jack's, a stunning seaside restaurant in Yaringa Boat Harbour on the Mornington Peninsula. We deliver a relaxed yet elevated dining experience with creative share-style menus, high-end service, and unbeatable waterfront views.

We're on the lookout for passionate hospitality professionals to join our Front of House team — including Supervisors, Waitstaff and Bartenders. If you have a flair for service, a love for food and wine, and thrive in a fast-paced, professional environment, we want to hear from you.

RSA certification is mandatory for all Front of House positions including supervisors, waitstaff and bartenders.

Wset lev 2 or higher is preferred

About You:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in premium Bar or à la carte or fine dining restaurants

  • Confident, professional, and personable

  • Strong food and wine knowledge (sommelier experience highly valued)

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

  • Reliable, punctual, and takes initiative

  • Available to work weekends

  • Valid Australian work visa or appropriate work authorisation required
