About Us: Hecho en Mexico is a lively and authentic Mexican restaurant in Mornington. We are known for our delicious food, handcrafted cocktails and margaritas, and vibrant atmosphere. We are looking for an energetic and reliable Front of House (FOH) Attendant to join our team and help provide exceptional service to our guests.

Job Description: As a FOH Attendant at Hecho en Mexico, you will be responsible for welcoming and serving guests, taking orders, running food and drinks, and ensuring a memorable dining experience. You will have knowledge of our menu (food and drinks) and provide friendly, efficient, and professional service at all times.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.

• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.

• Serve food and drinks to tables and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and service areas..

• Work collaboratively with the team and support both bar and kitchen when needed.

• Follow all hygiene, safety, and RSA regulations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service (FOH, waitstaff, or bar) is preferred but not essential.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.

• Strong attention to detail and customer service focus.

• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol (if applicable).

• RSA certification is required (or willingness to obtain).

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
