The Crystal Swan is an iconic Perth event space situated on the water at Barrack Street Jetty, Elizabeth Quay. This 200 person venue cruises along the beautiful landscape of Perth’s Swan River. A workplace with city views that you just cant beat.

This role would suit somebody who genuinely enjoys hospitality in a events-based role, thrives in customer service and understands that great venues are built on atmosphere, consistency and guest experience. There is potential for career growth in marine operations for the right candidate.

About The Role

You will be involved across all areas of the venue including:

• Preparing and serving drinks including  beers, wines, cocktails/ spirts and no alcoholic options

• Delivering warm, attentive, and genuine guest service

• Serving food and drinks to guests pending function type

• Maintaining venue cleanliness and presentation

• Assisting with opening and closing procedures after each event

• Working closely with a small, supportive and hands-on team and management

What We’re Looking For

• Previous bar or hospitality experience preferred

• Strong customer service skills and confidence when speaking with guests

• A friendly, positive and team-focused attitude

• Ability to work with urgency whilst remaining calm and professional

• Someone who enjoys -focused hospitality and creating memorable experiences

• Availability across all nights and weekends is a must

• The ability to lift 20kgs and physically fit

• RSA required
