Task & responsibilities

• Plan, organise, and control the overall operations of accommodation or hospitality services 
• Manage staff recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management 
• Ensure high levels of customer service and guest satisfaction 
• Monitor budgets, financial performance, and cost control measures 
• Develop and implement operational procedures and service standards 
• Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety, licensing, and regulatory requirements 
• Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally 
• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and service providers 
• Oversee maintenance, cleanliness, and presentation of facilities 
• Support marketing and promotional activities to drive business growth 

Qualification & experience

• Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related discipline
• Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in accommodation or hospitality management 
• Demonstrated leadership and team supervision experience 
• Strong financial management and budgeting skills 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities 
• Proven ability to manage operations in a fast-paced environment
