This role requires a versatile and confident individual who can support a wide range of front and back of house duties within a fast paced hospitality environment The position involves preparing and cooking items from the breakfast and lunch menu delivering high quality barista service and providing excellent customer service across all operational areas Key Responsibilities

The role includes preparing and cooking meals from the breakfast and lunch menu making a range of coffee and beverage orders using sound barista skills serving customers and waiting tables with a friendly and professional manner and maintaining high standards of cleanliness across the dining service and kitchen areas You will also work autonomously during early morning shifts starting from 6am and ensure all food handling practices meet safe and compliant standards Skills and Requirements

Applicants should have some barista experience and the ability to cook confidently while following established menu guidelines Strong customer service capability is essential along with the willingness to perform a variety of tasks including cooking, cleaning, serving and table service The role requires the ability to work independently especially during early shifts and an understanding of safe food handling practices
