We are looking for a barista to join our team at Little West, Haberfield. We're passionate about excellent coffee, delicious food and providing friendly service to our community. Our store uses our very own coffee roasted in collaboration with Made of Many, and our food focuses on being fun & delicious whilst utilising Australian native ingredients in our cooking.

To fit the role, you will need 2 - 3 years of experience making specialty coffee. This includes opening & closing machines, experience & confidence dialling in espresso, filter & brewing pourovers. Being a team player with good communication is essential and helping out your teammates with non-coffee related tasks is a must.

Your responsibilities are to:

• Open & close the coffee bar

• Own & run the coffee bar on weekends & busy weekdays

• Dial in espresso, filter & brew pourover

• Provide excellent customer service & communicate the details of coffees being served to our customers.

• We also have an additional store in Pyrmont, Sol Canteen, that we staff share with. The ideal candidate will be flexible and willing to pick up shifts there too.

Working at Little West, you will get to work with some exciting coffees facilitated through our Solace coffee program. You will work alongside talented baristas and get the opportunity to develop yourself in your hospitality career.
