Reporting to the owner, you will take full responsibility for the overall restaurant operations at Masala Kitchen. You will lead the team on a daily basis, ensure smooth service, maintain

high standards of food and customer service, and make sure every customer enjoys a welcoming and positive dining experience.

Task & responsibilities

 Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and high customer

satisfaction.

 Supervise and lead front-of-house and kitchen coordination to maintain efficient

workflow.

 Train, guide, and support staff to ensure good service standards and teamwork.

 Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely

manner.

 Monitor food quality, hygiene, and workplace safety standards at all times.

 Manage staff rostering, attendance, and work schedules based on business needs.

 Oversee stock levels, ordering, and control of supplies to avoid shortages or

waste.

 Ensure proper cash handling, billing, and daily sales reporting.

 Assist in improving service quality, customer experience, and overall restaurant

performance.

 Helps in arranging special events and consulting chefs in planning menus.
