Reporting to the owner, you will take full responsibility for the overall restaurant operations at Masala Kitchen. You will lead the team on a daily basis, ensure smooth service, maintain
high standards of food and customer service, and make sure every customer enjoys a welcoming and positive dining experience.

Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and high customer
satisfaction.
Supervise and lead front-of-house and kitchen coordination to maintain efficient
workflow.
Train, guide, and support staff to ensure good service standards and teamwork.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely
manner.
Monitor food quality, hygiene, and workplace safety standards at all times.
Manage staff rostering, attendance, and work schedules based on business needs.
Oversee stock levels, ordering, and control of supplies to avoid shortages or
waste.
Ensure proper cash handling, billing, and daily sales reporting.
Assist in improving service quality, customer experience, and overall restaurant
performance.
Helps in arranging special events and consulting chefs in planning menus.
