MOTEL MANAGER

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Motel Manager to become part of our team. The successful candidate should have a solid background in accommodation and hospitality management, with a proven ability to oversee all aspects of motel operations, including guest services, staff supervision, reservations, property maintenance, and compliance with operational standards. Task & responsibilities

• Directing and overseeing reservation, reception, room service and housekeeping activities
• Supervising security arrangements and garden and property maintenance
• Observing liquor and other laws and regulations
• Assessing and reviewing customer satisfaction
• Overseeing accounting and purchasing activities
• Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
• May provide guests with local tourism information, and arrange tours and transportation
• Organises and controls the operations of a motel to provide guest accommodation, meals and other services

Qualification & experience

• Proven experience as a Motel Manager or in a similar management role within the hospitality or accommodation industry.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and team management skills with the ability to supervise and support staff across various operational areas.
• Sound knowledge of motel operations, guest services, reservations, customer service, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a strong focus on guest satisfaction and service excellence.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple operational responsibilities.
• Flexibility and adaptability to handle varying occupancy levels, guest requirements, and operational demands.
• Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma, or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Management, Hotel Management, or a related field
