Location: Funky Monkey Eatery and Bar, Bunbury, Western Australia (Regional WA)
Salary: $75,000 – $90,000 per annum
We are a busy and well-established restaurant located in the heart of Bunbury, Western Australia, and we are currently seeking a friendly and motivated Waiter / Food & Beverage Attendant to join our front-of-house team.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, delivering excellent customer service, and operating in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Duties & Responsibilities
Provide friendly, attentive, and professional table service to ensure an excellent dining experience
Welcome guests and ensure they feel comfortable and well looked after throughout their visit
Take food and beverage orders and ensure accurate communication with kitchen and bar staff
Run food and beverages to tables while maintaining smooth and efficient service flow
Set up tables, clear used dishes and glassware, and maintain a clean and organised dining area
Maintain the overall presentation and cleanliness of the venue and dining spaces
Assist with the preparation and service of functions, weddings, and special events when required
Support the bar and floor team during busy service periods
Process customer payments and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately
Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety procedures
Skills & Experience
Previous experience working in a restaurant, café, or hospitality environment is preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills
Basic knowledge of food, beverages, and service standards
