The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient store operations, maintaining high customer service standards, managing staff, and contributing to the continued growth and success of the business.

Task & responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the Subway Cobblebank store.
• Supervise, train, and roster staff.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate ordering.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and food safety compliance.
• Assist with sales targets, budgeting, and store performance.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve complaints.
• Maintain accurate records and operational procedures.

Qualification & experience

• Relevant qualification and/or experience in retail management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage staff and store operations effectively.
• Knowledge of inventory control and customer service practices.
