Farmer’s Daughters is seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to join its hospitality team in Melbourne, VIC. This is a full-time, ongoing position offering a competitive salary and long-term career growth opportunities within a premium hospitality venue.
Located at 80 Collins Street, Melbourne, Farmer’s Daughters celebrates premium Australian produce and regional Victorian cuisine through a unique multi-level dining experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, leading front-of-house staff, maintaining service standards, and ensuring smooth and efficient venue operations in a fast-paced environment.

• Monitor budgets, inventory, labour costs, and operational expenses
• Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety, food safety, and licensing requirements
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve complaints professionally and efficiently
• Work closely with senior management to achieve operational and financial objectives
• Maintain presentation standards and uphold the venue’s reputation for quality hospitality
• Minimum 3 years relevant full-time work experience as a Restaurant Manager
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations and hospitality industry standards
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment
• Relevant hospitality qualification highly regarded
