Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and develop new recipes that align with our restaurant's style and customer preferences.
• Supervise and prepare a variety of dishes, ensuring consistent quality and presentation.
• Monitor food inventory, order supplies, and minimize waste.
• Maintain hygiene standards, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Train and manage kitchen staff, delegating tasks effectively.
• Contribute to special menus and seasonal offerings.

Essential Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Cert III/IV in Commercial Cookery, lead & create amazing dishes.
• Proven ability to handle high-pressure kitchen environments.
• Knowledge of Italian cuisine and cooking techniques is a plus.
• Strong understanding of food safety standards and regulations.
