Retail Manager

Smokin' Joe's Pizza & Grill Doncaster East is seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Manager to join our growing team on a full-time basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service standards, supervising staff, managing stock and inventory, and assisting with business growth and operational efficiency.

Task & responsibilities

• Managing daily store and restaurant operations 
• Supervising and training staff members 
• Rostering employees and monitoring staff performance 
• Managing stock ordering, inventory control, and supplier coordination 
• Ensuring high levels of customer service and resolving customer complaints 
• Monitoring sales performance and implementing promotional activities 
• Maintaining compliance with food safety, workplace health and safety, and company policies 
• Handling cash management and end-of-day reconciliation 
• Assisting in budgeting and achieving business targets 

Qualification & experience

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in retail or hospitality management 
• Strong leadership and communication skills 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities 
• Knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service practices 
• Diploma Level qualifications
