Your day-to-day 

•    Consulting with clients to determine travel requirements, preferences, and budgets

•    Sell air and land packages via phone, email and web chat enquiries

•    Advising on destinations, travel routes, accommodation, travel insurance, and visa requirements

•    Preparing and booking itineraries, including flights, accommodation, tours, and transport

•    Providing information on local customs, weather conditions, and travel advisories

•    Issuing tickets, vouchers, and relevant travel documentation

•    Processing payments and maintaining accurate booking records using our systems 

•    Handling changes, cancellations, and resolving travel-related issues

•    Promoting and selling travel products, packages, and special deals

•    Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of travel trends, destinations, and industry systems

•    Building and maintaining strong client relationships to encourage repeat business

•    Assisting with travel clearances

•    Achieve sales and productivity KPIs

•    Liasing with various suppliers across South Pacific 

•    Participate in ongoing training, workshops and sales meetings

About you 

•    An experienced travel consultant ready for a new challenge 

•    Highly organised with excellent attention to detail 

•    A proven sales performer who enjoys hitting (and exceeding) targets 

•    A confident team player who can also work independently 

•    South Pacific destination knowledge is a bonus—but not essential 

Please note: We operate in a 7-day trade environment. Weekend and public holiday shifts are worked on a rotating basis. This is a fully office-based role with no remote working options.
