Bertas is a fast-paced, high-volume deli focused on quality food, coffee, drinks and baked goods. We’re looking for a barista who can handle busy service, stay consistent, and work as part of a tight team.

What you’ll be doing:

Dialling in and preparing espresso and batch brew
Preparing an array of non-coffee based drinks
Maintaining speed and consistency during peak service
Serving customers across bar, till and floor
Keeping the bar clean, stocked and organised
Supporting the team to keep service moving

What we’re looking for:

Experience in a similiar role
Strong coffee fundamentals and attention to detail
Ability to stay calm under pressure
Good communication and team mindset
Pride in your work and willingness to improve
