Eziway Enterprise Pty Ltd is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Cook to join our busy hospitality team on a full-time basis.

Salary: $77,000-$80,000 per annum plus superannuation  

Task & responsibilities

• Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes to a high standard
• Assisting with menu planning and food preparation
• Ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are maintained
• Monitoring stock levels and assisting with ordering supplies
• Maintaining cleanliness of kitchen and work areas
• Working efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Qualification & experience

• Trade qualifications as Cook. Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or above.  
• Minimum one year of experience. 
• Good knowledge of Cuisine and spices is required.  
• High level of discipline and ability to follow detailed instructions.  
• Professional and enthusiastic attitude.  
• Excellent personal hygiene and presentation.  
• Good communication skills both verbal and written
