CARAVANSERAI BYO TURKISH RESTAURANT is seeking a skilled and passionate Chef to join its dynamic kitchen team. Renowned for offering authentic Middle Eastern and Mediterranean-inspired cuisine, the restaurant focuses on traditional cooking techniques, premium ingredients, and freshly prepared dishes that deliver a unique dining experience to its customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality meals, maintaining consistency in flavour and presentation, and ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards at all times. The Chef will work closely with the kitchen team to support efficient daily operations, manage service demands, and contribute to delivering exceptional customer experiences. Previous experience in a similar role and a strong passion for Middle Eastern cuisine are essential.
