Salary Range: $75 to $80,000 plus super.

• Annual salary of AUD $75,000 – $80,000 plus superannuation, paid in accordance with Australian workplace legislation and industry standards.
• Superannuation contributions will be paid in accordance with Australian superannuation guarantee requirements.

Task & responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Performing all food preparation and cooking duties

  Working under pressure in a fast-paced environment 

• Ability to work late till 10:00 pm and on weekends
• Maintain high standard of kitchen hygiene to exceed food safety standards

Qualification & experience

To be considered for this role you will need to possess the following:

• Advanced understanding and appreciation of all aspects of food and its service 
• 1 + years of proven kitchen experience in a fast paced, high-volume environment
• Qualifications in commercial cookery- Cert IV (Cook) or Diploma (Chef) or higher
• Flexible availability
• Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
• Effective communication skills
