Baolicious, a restaurant specializing in Asian-inspired baos, rice boxes, and snacks, is seeking an experienced and passionate Cook to join our team.

Prepare, season, and cook a variety of bao and Asian-inspired dishes, including meat, seafood, vegan options, rice boxes, and sides.
Check ingredients and supplies to ensure the freshness and availability needed for daily menu offerings.
Monitor and adjust cooking equipment, such as ovens and grills, to achieve the desired temperatures and cooking conditions.
Assemble dishes with appropriate garnishes and presentation according to Baolicious standards.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to manage food preparation times and maintain a consistent workflow during service hours.
Portion, plate, and garnish food to align with Baolicious’s presentation standards and menu specifications.
Follow recipes accurately and adjust seasonings as required to enhance flavors, ensuring consistency in taste and quality.
Organize and store ingredients appropriately, observing food safety protocols to prevent spoilage.

1 year work experience
Cert III in Commercial Cookery /Asian Cookery or Cert IV in Kitchen Management.
Deep knowledge of Asian ingredients, flavor profiles, and cooking techniques to enhance the authenticity and quality of dishes at Baolicious
Passionate about culinary craftsmanship and attentive to detail, aligning with Baolicious’s “Handcrafted with love” philosophy.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed.
