We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Store Manager to oversee the daily operations at 2SCCP PTY LTD, operating under the Pizza Hut. This full-time role requires a proactive and hands-on leader with extensive experience in store management. The successful candidate will be responsible for improving store performance, leading and motivating the team, and ensuring exceptional customer service in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Task & responsibilities

  • Oversee the determination of the product range, monitor stock levels, and ensure service standards are met to maintain operational
  • efficiency.
  • Develop and execute strategies for purchasing, marketing, and pricing to optimize product offerings and drive profitability.
  • Design and implement promotional and advertising strategies to increase visibility and awareness of the business's products and
  • services.
  • Lead sales efforts by offering products to customers, providing expert advice on usage, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Keep accurate records of inventory levels, financial transactions, and other critical operational data for effective management.
  • Develop and manage the budget for the establishment, ensuring financial targets are met and costs are controlled.
  • Handle the recruitment, training, supervision, and development of staff, ensuring a well-trained team to support operational needs.
  • Ensure the establishment adheres to occupational health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment for both staff
  • and customers.

Qualification & experience

  • Proven background in store or retail management, or senior leadership roles within retail operations.
  • In-depth understanding of convenience store operations and retail sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication, team leadership, and customer service capabilities.
  • Skilled in inventory control, logistics, and financial reporting.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to perform and adapt effectively in a fast-moving, dynamic retail setting.
  • Relevant qualifications in Retail, Hospitality, or Business Management are preferred.
