As a chef, you will be responsible for creating delicious dishes while ensuring top-quality food, cleanliness, and excellent service. Task & responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of Indian authentic Indian dishes, both vegetarian and non-vegetarian
• Create new curry recipes and update the menu from time to time
• Maintain high standards of taste, quality, and food presentation
• Manage kitchen supplies, restock ingredients, and take care of equipment
• Follow health and safety guidelines at all times
• Train and support kitchen staff when needed
• Work as a team with the head chef and others to ensure smooth kitchen operations
• Work independently and manage kitchen tasks without supervision

Qualification & experience

• Cert IV or above in Commercial Cookery is required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Chef, with a focus on a variety of Indian food recipes, presentation methods, and plating styles
• Strong understanding of food safety regulations and the ability to uphold the highest standards of personal hygiene
