Minimum 1-2 years of professional kitchen experience is required.

Candidates willing to relocate to Ulladulla NSW or local candidates are both welcome to apply.

Prepare, cook and present high-quality dishes in accordance with menu specifications and company standards
Take responsibility for a designated kitchen section including Grill, Pan or Larder section
Ensure consistency in food quality, portion control and presentation at all service times
Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef with daily kitchen operations and service preparation
Support menu development by contributing ideas for seasonal dishes and recipe improvements
Monitor stock levels, rotate stock and assist with ordering and inventory control
Receive deliveries and check product quality, weight, freshness and invoices
Maintain a clean, organised and safe kitchen environment at all times
Ensure all food preparation and storage procedures comply with HACCP, Food Safety and Workplace Health & Safety regulations
Train and support junior kitchen staff and apprentices where required
Work effectively in a fast-paced environment across breakfast, lunch and dinner service
Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness and kitchen efficiency
Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and timely service during busy periods
Experience in grill, pan or larder section operations is highly regarded
Pastry experience or skills will be considered an advantage
