We are looking for experienced and dedicated full time Cooks/Chefs who are who are passionate about delivering exceptional dining experiences whilst leading a professional and hardworking team.
The successful candidate will be offered a competitive remuneration package, including annual salary reviews to recognise and reward performance.
The salary will start from $75,000 per year plus superannuation and will be commensurate with experience.
Supportive and collaborative team environment
The eligible candidates will be performing the following duties:
CHEFS:
Lead and manage the kitchen operations, create and modify menus, train ktichen staff and ensure high quality food quality and presentation.
COOKS:
Food preparation, cooking as per the menu and quality standards and maintaining a clean and organised workspace.
The successful candidate will have:
· Minimum of 1 year of experience (2 years preferred) as a Chef/Cook in a busy café/restaurant environment.
· Highly developed culinary skills and a genuine passion for food
· Have an ability to handle pressure in a professional manner
· Be a team player
· Must hold relevant qualifications. Diploma or equivalent for Chefs and Certificate IV or equivalent qualification for Cooks.
