$75,000 - $80,000 Annual

This is a full-time position, offering the successful candidate the opportunity to showcase their culinary skills and passion for creating exceptional dining experiences.

Task & responsibilities

Planning menus in consultation with chefs

Manage and motivate a team of baristas, food service staff and kitchen team, providing coaching and development to drive performance 

Oversee inventory management and rostering to optimize staffing and minimize costs.

Implement and monitor compliance with health and safety and food hygiene policies and procedures. 

Maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions.

Create a staff schedule to ensure appropriate staffing. 

Planning and organizing special functions

Ordering food, vegetables, and drink supplies. 

Ensuring dining facilities comply with health regulations.

Conferring with customers to assess their satisfaction with meals and service. 

Take reservations, greet guests, and assist in taking orders 


Qualification & experience

Certificate III or IV in commercial cookery or Diploma of hospitality Mangement 

minimum 1 to 2 years experience required

Skill assessment required as chef or cook for overseas applicants

Excellent time management

Experienced in working with management
