KARRINYUP THAI PTY LTD is seeking a skilled and passionate chef to join our kitchen team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking delicious Thai cuisine, ensuring high-quality standards are met. Responsibilities include menu planning, food preparation, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Task & responsibilities

  • Menu planning and preparation
  • Ensure consistency, taste, and presentation of all menu items
  • Manage kitchen operations during service hours
  • Maintain cleanliness and comply with food safety standards
  • Assist in menu development and seasonal specials
  • Monitor inventory and coordinate with suppliers
  • Train and mentor kitchen staff

Qualification & experience

  • Culinary degree or equivalent
  • Proven experience as a Chef
  • Strong leadership and time management skills
  • Understanding of food safety standards
